orders are usually processed within 1-2 weeks. once shipped, all international orders (including to the US) should take around 4+ weeks to arrive (we are based in australia).
all pre-order items are expected to ship out 2-3 months after you place your order.

NOTE ON REFUND REQUESTS & LOST PACKAGES
We accept refund requests ONLY if item has not been shipped. If item is broken or missing from the package, please provide an unpacking video as proof your item arrived (or did not arrive) that way. I will do my best to work with you to resolve any issues!
Once we have shipped your parcel, it is out of our hands. We cannot issue refunds if your package is lost by our courier and/or once package is already shipped, sorry!
